Elvis 10249 is just a puppy but he has already escaped death! He was rescued at the last hour from the shelter where he was going to be euthanized because he was a stray puppy who had severe hair loss. He is the sweetest puppy ever! He is playful, happy, and heartbreakingly eager to please. He weighs 13 lbs and he is 11 months old. Elvis is house trained, (although we don’t guarantee this!). He is really good about going only outside or on his puppy pads although he prefers to do his business outside. He is learning to play ball and loves to run and bounce. He does not know how to walk on a leash or potty on a leash so a securely fenced yard is required. Elvis would love to have another dog friend to play with. We don’t know how he feels about cats. Elvis is crate trained and sees his crate as his safe den. Elvis is a dachshund mix, we are guessing he is part chihuahua and maybe part corgi, but he’s all cuteness. He has the chi ears and high pitched chi squeaky bark with a long dachshund body and short legs. He has the cuddliness of a dachshund. In other words, Elvis is an absolutely adorable, perfect doxiehuahua puppy! He is being treated for hair loss due to extreme neglect. And his hair is growing back.
