Barney was a scared and nervous dog when he came to the rescue. He is learning how to trust new people. Barney is a loving dog who enjoys being held, taking walks, and curling up and sleeping with his person. Barney needs someone who will be very patient house training him. His past owner kept him in diapers and he is having difficulty understanding how to use a wee wee pad or go outside. Barney would do well being the only dog in a quiet home with adults.
