Update 5/9/12:  Boy have I had a tough life.  Turns out I was a sick little girl - had bladder stones, a mammory tumor, periodontal disease (yuck).  Thankfully, Dr. Harrison worked her magic and I am all better!  Yipee for me!!!  I will probably have to have a special diet but other than that I am ready for my fur-ever home.  My nickname should be Velcro because I stick real close to my foster mom.  I just want someone who will keep me warm and safe - is that you?  p.s  my hair is starting to grow in and I am looking quite fluffy - watch for new pictures.

The Rescue Squad named me Darla.  When my hair grows back I will be just as pretty as Darla from the Little Rascals.  I came in pretty matted and dirty - it had been a very long time since I had a bath.  The groomer had to shave all my hair off so I look a little funny but my foster mom keeps telling me I am still beautiful.   It feels great to have a warm lap to sit on.  Please submit an application to adopt me and I promise to keep your lap warm for years to come.  My adoption fee is $325.
