Update 8/2/12: I am happy to report that I am doing better with my crate training.  At night I go right in without crying.  I feel like this in itself is such a promising accomplishment!  I am still a young pup who had no former training so my foster family is working with me on house training.  I definitely like to play and am high energy so it would be great to find a furever family who can keep up with my training needs, energy and cuteness.... in that order!  I like to try and dominate as well so I will need someone to remind me that every relationship is give and take, especially when playing with other dogs!  If you think you can continue my training and love me furever, then put in your application for me!

Update 7/25/12: Well I have my work cut out for me!  My foster family says I need to learn the rules of the house because, well, I am a puppy with no manners.  I am not house broken but there is hope because I do hold my bladder all evening!  I'm working on crate training and walking on a leash outside to pee.  I can not be left alone... not even for a minute because I freak out and start barking like crazy.  I have separation anxiety and do not like to be far from my humans.  My foster family is helping me to build up my confidence so I can learn how to be alone without waking up the whole neighborhood!  I am a little bit skiddish at first with strangers but my foster family is teaching me to walk with them and I am learning to trust them.  They told me that they are "training me"- whatever that means.  I just like getting my name called and getting treats!  I get them when I am a good girl!  Woof!  I am sweet and enjoy sleeping and playing with my foster fursibling. I do well with him so I would probably do best in a home with another dog. I need a furever family who is going to give me a lot of guidance, training, time and love- in that order!  Please put in an application for me at www.yorkie911rescue.com.

Woof Woof!  I recently came into rescue so the Rescue Squad is still getting to know me but let me tell you a little bit of what I have already shared with them.  I am just a young puppy still learning about the big world I am in.  I well tell you that I am excited because the Rescue Squad told me that my birthday is only a few weeks away!  I hope I have a big doggie birthday pawty to celebrate!  I am a Poodle mixed with Shihtzu and I get along well with kids and other dogs.  My adoption fee is $400 which includes the price of my spay and vaccinations.  Pretty neat deal if you ask me!  Please put in an adoption application for me at www.yorkie911rescue.com.
