WE NEED MORE DOG FRIENDLY APARTMENTS ON LONG ISLAND!!!  This sweet boy comes to rescue because his mom was threatened with eviction if she didn't "get rid of the dog" (she was hiding him for the past 5 years).  She has been looking for a new apartment but keeps getting the same response - no dogs.  How sad for Kobee and for his mom who loves him desperately.  We are going to hold Kobee for his mom until the end of the month (May) in the hopes that she can find a new place to live and take him home with her.  If she can't, then he will be available for adoption as of June 1st.
