Panda is our little special needs boy.  He needs an experienced owner as he has had a rough life before coming into rescue.  Panda has no lower jaw - probably due to malnutrition or genetics.  He is a very slow eater because of this and may require help to eat at times.  He will not go to a home with small children due to his size.  If you want to give this tiny little bundle of love a home for the rest of his life, please submit an application online.  Adoption fee $325.00
