Rocket Man is a ball of energy.  This little guy was severely neglected.  Take a look at his before pictures!  What a hot mess - but not anymore.  He was so matted that he had to be completely shaved down but when his hair grows back, he will be more than handsome!!  It's time for him to have the wonderful life he deserves!  Adoption fee $350.00
