Bernie was a "stray" brought into the shelter - probably by his owner who just didn't want to take care of him anymore.  He is a funny little boy - has a lot of energy for an older pup and lets you know what he wants when he wants it.  He seems to have been born missing an eye and he does need eye meds for the other one - dry eye.  His sight is limited but that doesn't stop him from wanting you to be nearby at all times.  He would love to snuggle up to you all night if possible.  This senior boy deserves to be loved and he will be at your side giving back what he gets.  Adoption fee $300.
