UPDATE:  ROSIE is living her best life as a Snowbird!  Winters in Florida and the rest of the year on Long Island.  Her hair has grown back thanks to a special protocol of meds and supplements and she will be staying with her foster mom for the rest of her life.  

Rosie loves a lap for cuddling. She is friendly towards all the people she has met. She has allergies and it has caused her to lose some of her fur.  She started a special diet and it has helped her hair start coming back. She is a very sweet girl with her humans but should be only dog in the home.
