Betty was dumped on the streets in Puerto Rico after being used as a breeding dog. When she was no longer making a profit, she was worthless.  She meant something to the person that saved her. She a Chihuahua mix, spayed, and about 7 years young. She has some cataracts developing in her eyes but is otherwise in great health.   Rightfully so, she is shy. With a kind, gentle family, I can see her spunk surfacing.
