SPECIAL NEEDS - needs a foster with experience.

Howee fell 5 feet from a balcony, broke his back and is currently paralyzed in the rear.  He will be seeing a neurologist this week to determine if it is temporary or if surgery will correct.  If you have experience with a special needs dog and would like to foster him, please email me at yorkie911rescue@gmail.com
