Penelope is 2 years old, around 14 pounds and such a sweetheart! She was rescued with her 4 puppies who she's very protective of. Penelope is a good girl who likes dogs her size and is curious about cats. She's friendly and affectionate with people she knows, but strangers may scare her a bit if they come at her. Coming down to her level helps her feel secure and ready to be friends! Penelope is potty trained and treat oriented. With treats and some time, you can teach Penelope to do just about anything.
