Update 1/25/12:   I lost my beloved Chickie today to kidney failure.  I am sad and will miss him terribly.   Now more than ever I need a family to call my own.  Please won't you consider adopting me?

Update 1/15/12: Since being in foster care, I have blossomed and shown a different side of myself.  I have become much more curious and have proven to be a clever little girl!  I can escape from anywhere- including gates, which do not frighten me.  I can jump and climb very quickly so age is nothing but a number to me.  I also enjoy hanging out with my Foster Family and sleeping on the back of the couch when they watch tv.  I love to take treats from their hand and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE affection!  I am a great eater... so much so that I have no issue barking to keep my foster fur sibling way from my dish.  (He is 3x my size and I just need him to know he can not have MY food or Chickie's!)  I do my business outside or I will go on the wee wee pad inside.  I sometimes have accidents but my foster Mommy thinks if there were less dogs around that the housebreaking would be easier.  Chickie & I agree.  She says we have a lot of life in us and wants us to find the right family.  Are you the right family for us?  What are you waiting for? Put in an application at www.yorkie911rescue.com.

Hi there!  My name is Hailey and I am very sweet.  I must be adopted with my fur sibling Chickie because we have been together our entire lives. We're still nervous about our new surroundings but that hasn't stopped us from exploring.  We are happy to still be together despite everything we have been through.  We lost the only family we knew & were separated from our 4 other fur-siblings.... I have a delicate stomach and my foster family is working to find a happy medium for my sensitive stomach.   I am cautious and less daring than my fur sibling.  I follow his lead and let him squeeze me out of the way to see our humans.  We are easy going and fine with new people and other dogs.  Our foster family is working on house breaking us and getting us used to wearing a harness.  They are also working with us while we learn to trust them.  Our teeth are really bad so we have to visit the dogter to get a dental done.  Please visit www.yorkie911rescue.com if you want two adorable cuties... us!  Woof!
