My name is Patterson and I am really shy.... well I am working on not being so shy.  When I first came into rescue,  I would back away from anyone who reached over to pet me but as I am learning from the other dogs, I think I want attention too!  Heck, they seem to really like it... I see them wagging their tails and asking for more!  I'm not sure how to communicate with my foster Mom just yet so I stand up on the side of the x-pen and bark at her until she pets me.  Now when I see her, I wag my tail and bark for attention and when I am outside of my pen hanging out with the pack, I will walk right up to her to get attention and a good petting!  I never growl or snap but I am very vocal.  I do my potty outside but I also have to wear a belly band because I lift my leg to mark things.... but hopefully since I was recently neutered, that will slowly get corrected.  I am such a good boy that my foster Mommy gave me a bath, cleaned my ears and cut my nails with no complaints from me.  I let her do everything.  I went to the dogter and got a dental and am now neutered so I am ready for a furever family!  You can visit www.yorkie911rescue.com to fill out an adoption application for me.  My adoption fee is $375.
