Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie (short coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Small Learn more about the Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie.
Update 7/17/12: I am doing great in foster care. I am no longer afraid of doors anymore and I am starting to come out of my shell. I come to my foster family when I want to be picked up and when I want to be in their laps. I love to curl up on the couch too. I am house trained but can not hold it for more than a couple of hours... 8 hours is too long for me. Would you hold it in that long? I hope not! My foster family did catch me playing with my foster fursibling and they said it was really cute! The only thing is, they only caught me once and I know they hope to catch me doing it more often. Woof! I love to be petted but hey, who wouldn't right?! I'm definitely learning the ropes of life and am ready to share my experiences and love with a furever family. Will you be my furever family? Hurry and put in your application for me!
Update 6/19/12: My foster pawrents say I am so beautiful but really I am just a shy, sweet girl who likes to be in the crate. When the door is left open, I come out and see everything that is going on but I still get nervous with unfamiliar sounds. When this happens, I go back inside my crate and take a nap. I like to go for walks and walk well on a leash. I also like to go for car rides. I rarely have accidents now that I am learning to be on a schedule. I hardly make noise either so my foster pawrents keep a close eye on me. I get along with everyone, including kids, as long as whoever approaches me, does so by holding their hand out and bending down to me. I am afraid of doors so my foster pawrents are working with me to go slow when coming in and out through the doorway. When I first arrived here, they had to carry me in and out so I am definitely making progress! I was spayed at the dogter so I am now eagerly awaiting a furever family! Please visit www.yorkie911rescue.com to fill out an adoption application for me. My adoption fee is $375.
Woof Woof! My name is Ally. I am new to rescue and the Rescue Squad is still getting to know me. Please give them a few days and I will help them write a bio about me! In the meantime, you can still put in an adoption application at www.yorkie911rescue.com if you think you are looking for a shy cutie like me! |
