I came into rescue last week and the rescue squad immediately had a home for me!  Someone was waiting for a dog just like me so I was put up as pending because I had to go see the Dogtor first to be neutered and have my vaccines brought up to date.  Today is my lucky day  -  I get to go to my furever home.  Just wish is was this easy for all the other pups in foster homes.
