Rugby was found roaming the streets in Newburgh, NY.  He was so badly matted that he had to be shaved down - no telling how long he was wandering around scrounging for food.  He is a very happy boy - happy to have a warm bed and good food to eat.   Rugby is a friendly boy that is looking for someone to give him the love he deserves.  Please submit an application.  Adoption fee $350.00
