Freddie was adopted 2 years ago but is now back in foster care.  His mom had financial problems and had to move in with family and Freddie is not welcome.  He does not like small children and needs a quiet home without a lot of chaos.  Since being in his foster home, he is happy as a clam and would love nothing more than to have a new mom and/or dad all to himself.  Please submit an application for Freddie and give him another chance for a happy home.  Adoption fee $200.00
