Update 9/15/15:  Pixie's eyes need removal after all.  Unfortunately, the injections were not enough and she needed daily eye drops and cleaning.  The healthiest thing to do is to remove both eyes as she is completely blind and they serve no purpose other than to keep getting infections.  Please don't let this stop you from adopting this sweet little girl who just wants a warm lap to sit on.  

Update 7/15/15:   We had the pressure in her eyes tested today and they are in the normal range so we are very happy.  She will not need eye drops and is no longer in any pain from the glacoma!

Pixie may not be able to see, but that doesn't stop her from showing off her adorable personality.  She came into rescue in bad shape with glacoma.  She saw a specialist and has had injections to stop pain and pressure.  She has a recheck next week but we have already seen her eyes shrink a bit so we are hopeful that she will not need any further treatment.  Please give this senior sweetie a home for the rest of her life.  Adoption fee $300.00
