Can you say "velcro"? That's what this little girl is. She justs wants to be held all the time. Collie is a little shy but settling in with her foster siblings - keeping a low profile but jumping into my lap every chance she gets. We will be seeing the vet later this week, then she will be available for adoption. If you are a homebody and will spend every waking moment with this sweetie, then please submit an application asap.
