Pookie is a very energetic boy so when we were told he was 14, we knew that was a big lie. The person who surrendered him only had him for about a year and had no idea of his age. Maybe she told the shelter he was old so that they would put him to sleep thinking no one would want to take him. Well if he is 14 then I am 21 (NOT). We are going to guestimate his age to somewhere between 8-10 yrs old. Pookie seems to find one dog in the home that he wants to dominate, so we would like him to be the only dog in the home or possibly with a larger dog. We are still learning about him so stay tuned for updates.
