Another little one abandoned at a train station.  What is wrong with people???  Thankfully, a very nice MTA worker took him home after seeing this little one in the waiting room for 3 days!  No one seems to be looking for him so we have named him Hector and he will be available for adoption after 10 days.  He will receive all his vaccines and heartworm test so he will be ready for a new home.  Adoption fee $395.
